VINYASA (of FLOW) style yoga incorporates a thoughtful sequence of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends and inversions guided by your steady breath. This practice keeps you grounded and focused, while helping you to remain flexible to the different rhythms of life. Riding the balance of this wavy vinyasa rhythm, you are encouraged to observe the mind, explore movement, experience the breath, find stillness and free the heart. Power Vinyasa is a fast paced flow class incorporating all of the aspects of a traditional Vinyasa sequence.
This class is good for the beginner who is new to yoga and wants to experience an instructional class focusing on the breakdown of a variety of yoga poses. In addition, this class is also a good review for practicing yogis who want to revisit the basics, improve flexibility, focus on proper alignment and build a strong foundation for their yoga practice.

Candlelight Yoga - Vinyasa
Candelight yoga is an invigorating candlelit yoga class accompanied by chanting lead by YOGAHOUSE teacher Emily Palmer. This class explores the connection between movement, music, and breath and takes you on a meditative journey beyond the stress, strain and anxiety of everyday life.

Anusara Influenced Flow
This Hatha based flow class will take you through a vigorous asana practice while focusing on optimal body alignment. You will sweat, smile and blast your heart wide open!
Mindful Hatha Yoga incorporates movements that are slow and gentle, always mindful and deliberate, and at the same time exhilarating and energizing. One pose flows seamlessly into the next in a relaxing continuum that opens and lengthens the body while calming and focusing the mind. Breath meditation is incorporated into the class to develop concentration and awareness. For all levels; beginners welcome.
Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures. These soothing and well-supported poses offer the body the opportunity to renew and heal. These postures are usually supported by blankets, blocks or other props and are held for several minutes at a time, lowering the heart rate and blood pressure, while at the same time, stimulating the immune system. It balances the body, bringing its response system back into equilibrium. The slower pace allows for increased emphasis on breathing and quieting of body and mind.

Prenatal yoga eases your pregnancy by offering a gentle, modified yoga practice accessible to all levels and stages of pregnancy. This class provides a space for pregnant women to create a practice that will be beneficial to their changing bodies and to their babies.
Good Karma Community Class
Karma maintains that every act done, no matter how insignificant, will eventually return to the doer with equal impact, and in simplest terms we understand that good will be returned with good. In this spirit, Good Karma Community Classes are $7.00 and are offered to provide an opportunity for everyone to come to their mats and join us in our practice. Taught by a different YOGAHOUSE instructor each session, this one hour class allows students to celebrate the variety of styles available at the studio.
